Therapeutic Massage

A craniosacral session using Dynamic Body Balancing (DBB) is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps release tension and restore balance throughout the body. This integrative method blends craniosacral therapy with subtle movement and myofascial unwinding to support the body’s natural ability to heal by enhancing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and relieving restrictions in the craniosacral system.

Sessions can help regulate the nervous system, ease pain and stress, and promote both physical and emotional well-being. 

This modality may be beneficial for:

	•	TMJ dysfunction
	•	Chronic pain
	•	Stress and tension-related disorders

Clients are fully clothed for these sessions.

Craniosacral Therapy (using DBB)

Traditional Thai Massage is a fully clothed, mat-based bodywork that blends acupressure, assisted stretching, and rhythmic compression to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore energy flow.
Often referred to as “lazy man’s yoga,” the client is able to fully relax and surrender to the movements. This deeply grounding practice promotes relaxation, enhances mobility, and supports overall balance in the body.
